Using the Post Calendar View

What the Calendar Shows

The Post Calendar gives you a visual overview of your scheduled and published posts laid out on a monthly grid. It is a quick way to see when content is going out, spot gaps in your posting schedule, and plan ahead.

How to Access the Calendar

Go to Posts in the sidebar and click the Calendar tab. The calendar shows the current month by default. Use the navigation arrows to move to previous or upcoming months.

Reading the Calendar

Each day on the calendar shows the posts scheduled for or published on that date. Posts are displayed with their title or a content preview, along with a status indicator. The current day is highlighted so you can quickly orient yourself.

At the top of the calendar, you will see status counts for the displayed month, showing how many posts are in each status (pending, published, failed, etc.).

Interacting with the Calendar

Click on any post in the calendar to go to its detail page. From there, you can view the full content, edit it (if it has not been published), or take other actions like retry, cancel, or duplicate.

Planning Tips

  • Use the calendar to check for days with no scheduled posts. Consistent posting keeps your Google Business Profile active and visible.
  • Look at the month ahead and plan your content around known events, promotions, or seasonal themes.
  • If you use recurring posts, the calendar is a good place to confirm that instances are scheduled on the right days.
