Plumbers who go to the customer
ScenarioEvery job is done at the customer's address, and no customer is served at the business address.
Google's definition of a service-area business is one that visits or delivers to customers directly but does not serve customers at its business address, and plumbers are its example. Google says a service-area business should hide its business address from customers, and that a plumber who runs the business from a residential address should clear the address from the profile. Service-area businesses can only have one profile for the whole area they serve.
OutcomeOne profile with the address hidden and a service area set.
