Managing Your Subscription and Billing
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Billing in the sidebar to see your subscription details. The billing dashboard shows your current plan, billing period (monthly or yearly), renewal date, and a summary of your usage (like how many accounts you have connected out of your plan limit).
Upgrading or Downgrading
To change your plan:
- Go to Billing and click Plans.
- Review the available tiers and their features.
- Click the upgrade or downgrade button for the plan you want.
- Before the change is processed, you will see a proration preview. This shows exactly what you will be charged or credited based on the time remaining in your current billing cycle.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you gain access to the new features right away. Downgrades also take effect immediately, so make sure you are comfortable with the feature differences before confirming.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page. You have two options:
- Cancel at the end of the billing period — Your subscription stays active until the current period ends. You can resume it before that date if you change your mind.
- Cancel immediately — Access ends right away. This cannot be reversed.
Resuming a Cancelled Subscription
If you cancelled with the "end of period" option and the period has not ended yet, you can resume your subscription from the Billing page. Click Resume and your plan will continue as if you never cancelled.
Billing Dashboard Summary
The billing dashboard also shows your recent invoices, total amount spent, and payment methods on file. You can access all of this information anytime from the Billing section.
