Managing Your Connected GBP Accounts

Your Accounts Page

The Accounts page shows all the Google Business Profile locations you have connected to GBPCentral. Each account displays the business name, address, category, and current status.

Account Statuses

Each account has a connection status that tells you whether it is working properly:

• Active (green) — The account is connected and working normally. Posts can be published and analytics are being collected.
• Disconnected (gray) — The account has been manually disconnected. It still appears in your list but is not active.
• Error (red) — Something went wrong with the connection. This usually means the authentication token has expired or Google has revoked access. You will need to reconnect the account.
• Pending (yellow) — The account is being set up or is waiting for initial synchronization.

Verification Status

Separately from the connection status, each account also shows its Google verification status:

• Verified (green) — Google has confirmed this is a legitimate business.
• Unverified (gray) — The business has not been verified with Google yet.
• Pending (yellow) — A verification request is in progress.
• Suspended (red) — Google has suspended this listing.

Summary Statistics

At the top of the Accounts page, you will see a summary showing your total accounts, how many are active, how many are verified, and whether any need attention. This gives you a quick health check across all your locations.

Account Details

Click on any account to see its full details, including the business address, phone number, website, category, and geographic coordinates. The account detail page also shows the last sync time and any errors that may have occurred during synchronization.
