What Is GBPCentral?
GBPCentral is a management platform for Google Business Profiles. It gives you a single place to create and schedule posts, track how your profiles are performing, respond to customer reviews, and keep your business information accurate across all your locations.
Whether you manage one location or dozens, GBPCentral is built to save you time and help you stay consistent with your online presence.
What You Can Do
Here is a quick look at the main features available to you:
- Post Management — Create standard updates, events, and offers. Schedule them in advance, set up recurring posts, or publish to multiple locations at once.
- Analytics — See how customers find your business, what actions they take, and which posts perform best. Export reports as CSV or PDF files.
- Review Management — Read and respond to customer reviews from one place. Use response suggestions or write your own replies.
- Profile Health Score — Get a clear picture of how complete and active your business profile is, with specific suggestions for improvement.
- Notifications — Stay informed about new reviews, verification changes, and other important updates through email or in-app alerts.

Finding Your Way Around
After you log in, the sidebar on the left is your main navigation. It gives you access to all sections of the platform:
- Dashboard — Your home base. Shows key metrics, recent activity, and quick links to common tasks.
- Posts — Where you create, schedule, and manage all your Google Business Profile posts.
- Analytics — Detailed performance data for your profiles and individual posts.
- Reviews — Read, filter, and respond to customer reviews.
- Accounts — View and manage your connected Google Business Profiles.
- Billing — Manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods.
- Help — You are here. Browse articles or search for answers.
