Understanding Your Dashboard
What the Dashboard Shows
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a snapshot of your most important metrics and recent activity, so you can quickly tell how your business profiles are performing.
Key Metrics
At the top of the Dashboard, you will see summary cards showing:
- Total Views — How many times your business profile was seen across Google Search and Maps.
- Website Clicks — How many people clicked through to your website from your profile.
- Phone Calls — How many times the call button was tapped on your profile.
- Direction Requests — How many people asked for driving directions to your business.
Each metric includes a comparison to the previous period so you can see whether numbers are going up or down.
Charts
Below the summary cards, you will find line charts that show your views and website clicks over time. These charts cover the last 30 days by default and help you spot trends in how customers interact with your profile.
Account Performance
If you manage multiple locations, the Dashboard includes a performance table that ranks your accounts by total views. It shows the post count, views, calls, directions, and website clicks for each location. This is a quick way to see which locations are getting the most attention.
Best Posting Times
The Dashboard also shows you the times and days when your posts tend to get the most engagement. This is based on your actual posting data from the past 90 days. Use this information to schedule future posts when your audience is most active.
Refreshing Your Data
Analytics data is synced from Google automatically every few hours. If you need the latest numbers right away, use the Sync Now button on the Analytics page. The Dashboard will reflect the updated data after the sync completes.
