AI-Powered Features Overview
What AI Features Are Available
GBPCentral includes several features that use artificial intelligence to help you manage your business profiles more effectively. These features are designed to save time and surface information that might be difficult to spot on your own.
Analytics Narratives
Instead of reading through raw numbers, you can generate a plain-language summary of your analytics data. The narrative includes:
- A high-level summary of your performance for the selected period.
- Key highlights showing which metrics changed the most and why that matters.
- An analysis of your visibility trends (search vs. maps).
- An analysis of customer engagement (calls, clicks, directions).
- How your posts performed.
- Specific recommendations with priority levels and reasoning.
Narratives are generated on demand and cached for 6 hours, so requesting the same report multiple times within that window does not use additional quota.
Anomaly Detection
GBPCentral automatically watches your analytics for unusual patterns. It detects:
- Significant drops — When a metric falls more than 30% below its recent average.
- Significant spikes — When a metric jumps more than 50% above its recent average.
- Trend reversals — When a metric that was growing starts declining (or vice versa).
- Posting gaps — When no posts have been published in 14 or more days.
Anomalies are flagged with severity levels (low, medium, high) so you can focus on the most important changes first.
Review Response Suggestions
When responding to customer reviews, you can generate a suggested response. The system considers the review content, star rating, and your brand voice preferences to create a relevant reply. You can edit the suggestion before posting it, or write your own response from scratch.
Quotas
The number of times you can use each feature per month depends on your subscription tier. You can check your remaining usage in the relevant feature sections. Higher-tier plans include more generous allowances.
Insight History
Previously generated analytics narratives are saved and accessible from the insights page. You can review past reports to compare how your performance analysis has changed over time.
