Exporting Your Data: CSV and PDF Reports

What You Can Export

GBPCentral lets you export your analytics and performance data in two formats: CSV (for spreadsheets and further analysis) and PDF (for presentations and record-keeping).

CSV Exports

CSV exports are available from several areas of the platform:

  • Post Analytics — Export daily metrics for your posts including impressions, clicks, shares, phone calls, direction requests, website clicks, engagement rate, and click-through rate.
  • Account Analytics — Export account-level data including profile views, search views, maps views, phone calls, directions, website clicks, bookings, food orders, and conversations.
  • Platform Breakdown — Export daily data showing impressions broken down by desktop search, desktop maps, mobile search, and mobile maps.
  • Search Keywords — Export the top keywords that led customers to your listing, along with impression counts.
  • Health Score — Export your profile health score history.

To export, go to the relevant analytics page, set your desired date range and filters, and click the Export CSV button. The file will download to your computer.

PDF Reports

PDF reports provide a formatted, print-ready summary of your performance data. A typical PDF report includes:

  • A performance overview with your key metrics.
  • Platform breakdown data.
  • Top search keywords.
  • A list of connected accounts.
  • The date range and generation timestamp for reference.

To generate a PDF, go to the Analytics page and click Export PDF. The report opens in a new tab where you can save or print it.

Rate Limits

To keep the system running smoothly for everyone, exports have rate limits:

  • CSV exports — Up to 10 per minute.
  • PDF exports — Up to 5 per minute.

If you hit the limit, wait a moment and try again.

Date Ranges

All exports respect the date range you have selected on the analytics page. The maximum range is one year (366 days). If you need data for a longer period, run separate exports for each year.
