Audit reports are built from the public information Google shows for a business. If you would rather your business's report were not offered to search engines or considered for our award programme, you can opt out here at no cost. To protect businesses from unauthorised requests, the form below is the first step of a short verification process:

  1. You complete this intake (the form below).
  2. You confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of this business through one of three options on the next page: signing in with the Google account that manages the business profile; receiving a one-time code at an email at the business website domain; or submitting a short statement for our team to review (typically within 72 hours).
  3. Once your authorisation is confirmed, the business is excluded from search engine promotion and from future Excellence Award issuance. Report pages stay reachable by direct link, but are no longer offered to search engines.
